Hot-swap tray, swap drives in seconds. (Gray trays are designed to distinguish between U.2 NVMe SSDs and normal disks.)

Variety of Storage Options

The IW-RS316-07 can be configured as either up to 16 x SAS/SATA or 8 x SAS/SATA and 8 x U.2 NVMe drives at front of the server.
The 2.5"(15mm) U.2 form factor design works seamlessly with our latest generation backplanes.

Rear: 2 X 2.5" SAS/SATA hot-swap SSD bays

Internal: 3 X 2.5” SAS/SATA SSDs (one is optional) and slim ODD X 1. Independent bracket for each disk and fix it through screws.

Mini-SAS HD & Slimline or OCuLink Backplane

InWin’s exclusive backplane comes with great connectivity and is designed to support SAS/SATA and NVMe for Slimline or OCuLink host interface. The onboard 12G SAS expander mainly manages the communication of SAS/SATA HDD interface, it integrates end-to-end connectivity and reduces cable clutter.
