NVME Storage Server for Mixed-Use Workloads

The IW-RS436-07 is a hybrid storage server performance gains from cost-effective SAS/SATA hard drive disks and high-speed/performance NVMe storages. It is designed for large amounts of data, real-time analytics, high-speed data streaming, and mainstream enterprise environments. The "mixed-use" workload drives make it ideal for running a wide range of customer applications.

The RS436-07 supports 2.5"/3.5" hot-swap HDD trays x 36 (optional U.2 NVMe trays x 12) and delivers the most usable effective storage capacity and meets the capacity expansion requirements of data-intensive workloads and quick read/write operations.

Hot-Swappable Capabilities

The 2.5"(15mm) U.2 form factor design works seamlessly with our latest generation backplanes. Hot-swap and tool-free design allow users to mount/remove 3.5" HDDs quickly and easily without any screws.

Users can also mount 2.5" SSDs with screws if needed.

Mini-SAS HD & Slimline or Oculink Backplane

InWin’s exclusive backplane comes with great connectivity and is designed to support SAS/SATA and NVMe for Slimline or Oculink host interface. The onboard expander mainly manages the communication of SAS/SATA HDD interface, it integrates end-to-end connectivity and reduces cable clutter.

Thermal Efficiency

Meets the thermal target for Intel® Xeon Scalable processors & AMD EPYC family, the IW-RS436-07 comes with 80 x 38mm PWM hot-swap fans x 8, featuring anti-vibration and produces low noise volume, but presents a strong current to have optimal heat dissipation.

80 PLUS® Platinum CRPS

Options include 80 PLUS® Platinum Certified CRPS with 1200W/1600W variants, which stabilizes the operation of the system, and greatly enhances the system’s availability.
